Kevin Lane joined Pacers Sports and Entertainment as Director – Premium and Ticket Services in October of this year. Prior to his current position, Kevin spent ten seasons with the Cincinnati Bengals of the National Football League. As the Director of Ticket Sales for the Bengals, Kevin created a department that worked toward selling out Paul Brown Stadium. This goal was met in 2004 and continues today as the Bengals have enjoyed a new team record of over 40 straight home sellouts. While with the Bengals, Kevin was an active member of the NFL’s Ticket Managers Sales Committee and was the Bengals team representative for several league database initiatives. Kevin is originally from the Cleveland, Ohio area and attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio where he earned degrees in Marketing and Organizational Behavior Management. Kevin and his wife have two little girls and look forward to making Indianapolis their home

Stephanie is entering her second season with Pacers Sports & Entertainment. She spent the first season as the Premium & Ticket Services Administrator before becoming a Suite Services Manager in August 2008. A native of Indianapolis, she graduated from Purdue University in 2006 with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. While at Purdue, Stephanie worked in the athletic department for two years as a Special Events Assistant with the John Purdue Club. Following graduation, she worked for Levy Restaurants Sports & Entertainment at Conseco Fieldhouse.

Chris is in his third season with Pacers Sports & Entertainment. He began his career at Pacers Sports & Entertainment as an intern in May 2006, before joining the company in a full time role as a Premium Services Coordinator in July. In February 2007 Chris was promoted to the role of Ticket Services Coordinator where he was responsible for the service of Lower Level and Balcony Season Ticket Holders. Chris accepted his current position of Ticket Services Manager in August of 2008. Prior to joining the Pacers, Chris worked as a student assistant in the Athletic Ticket Office at Ball State. Chris is a native of Albany, Indiana and earned his degree in Sport Administration from Ball State University. Chris currently resides in Fishers with his wife Alana.

Colleen Goddard is currently in her fifth year with Pacers Sports & Entertainment. A native of Indianapolis, Ind., Colleen is a 2004 graduate of Indiana University with a degree in Sports Marketing & Management. Colleen served as an intern with PS&E’s Ticket Sales Department before becoming a Ticket Services Coordinator in June 2004. While obtaining a degree in Sports Marketing and Management from Indiana University, Colleen was actively involved with the Indiana University Student Foundation, board member on IU Dance Marathon and Spirit of Sport for Special Olympics.

This is Dave Neff’s second season working for Pacers Sports & Entertainment. Dave is a native of Indianapolis and currently resides in Fishers. He began his work at PS&E in April of 2007 and graduated from Ball State University with a degree in Sport Administration in May of 2007. During his time at Ball State, Dave worked in the Athletics Communications and Marketing Department for two years as a student assistant. He also spent the summer of 2006 as a Sales and Marketing Intern for the RCA Tennis Championships. Prior to joining PS&E, he worked in Guest Relations for the 2006-07 Indianapolis Colts. After spending his first five months at PS&E as the Premium & Ticket Services Administrator, Dave accepted the role of Ticket Services Coordinator in October of 2007. During this time he was responsible for servicing designated lower level and balcony sections. In August of 2008 he accepted his current role of Premium Seating Manager. Dave is responsible for servicing the entire Krieg DeVault Club Level, including Legends presented by Bright House Networks.

Cameron Nelson is in her 2nd season as a Ticket Services Coordinator. She began working with the Pacers in 2007. Before that, Cameron spent time working with the NCAA and the 2007 Final Four, the Charlotte Bobcats in Community Relations, and the University of Tennessee Men’s Basketball team. Originally for Tennessee, Cameron graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2006 with a BS in Sport Management. In her spare time, Cameron is a mentor for Common Goal. She enjoys meeting new people, cooking, and traveling.

Bethanie Smith is currently in her sixth year with Pacers Sports & Entertainment. A native of Ft. Wayne, Ind., Bethanie is a 2002 graduate of Indiana University with a degree in sports management. Bethanie served as an intern with PS&E’s Sponsorship Sales Department before becoming a Premium Services Coordinator in August 2002. Bethanie recently acquired the position of Suite Services Manager in October of 2008.
