Kevin Lane begins his third season as Director of Premium and Ticket Services having joined Pacers Sports & Entertainment in October, 2008. Originally from Cleveland, OH., Kevin attended Miami University in Oxford, OH. earning degrees in Marketing and Organizational Behavior Management. Kevin began his career in sports while still in college when he was hired by the Cincinnati Bengals shortly after a summer internship with the team. He went on to spend ten seasons in Cincinnati and as their Director of Ticket Sales established a sales and service department that successfully sold out Paul Brown Stadium through season ticket licenses in 2004 and for all following seasons he was there. Kevin, his wife Julia, and their two little girls are members of Indianapolis’ St. Joan of Arc Church and enjoy exploring the great family activities that Indianapolis has to offer.

Stephanie is entering her fourth season with Pacers Sports & Entertainment. She began her career with PS&E in January 2008 as the Premium & Ticket Services Administrator. She was promoted to her current role of Suite Services Manager in August of 2008 where she is responsible for the service of Conseco Fieldhouse Suite holders. A native of Indianapolis, she graduated from Purdue University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management. While at Purdue, Stephanie served for two years as the Student Assistant of Events in the Athletic Department with the John Purdue Club.

Eric will be entering into his third season with Pacers Sports & Entertainment. Eric began his career with the Indiana Pacers Ticket Sales department in June of 2003 after earning a degree in Sport Management from Tri-State University (now known as Trine University) in Angola, IN. After completing his first season with the Pacers he chose to leave Indianapolis to help with Ticket Sales for the then newly formed Charlotte Bobcats and to assist with their opening of Time Warner Arena. While in Charlotte, he served as a Sales Consultant and was then promoted to Inside Sales Manager. Then 2007 Eric was offered another new opportunity, this time with the Dallas Cowboys and their New Stadium Project. In Dallas he worked to help relocate season ticket holders from Texas Stadium to the new one in Arlington. Once the new stadium opened in 2009, Eric decided to move closer to home. Eric rejoined the Pacers family in the summer of 2009 as a sales consultant, and most recently he was moved to the Ticket Services Team.

CColleen Goddard is currently in her seventh year with Pacers Sports & Entertainment. A native of Indianapolis, Ind., Colleen is a 2004 graduate of Indiana University with a degree in Sports Marketing & Management. Colleen served as an intern with PS&E’s Ticket Sales Department before becoming a Ticket Services Coordinator in June 2004. While obtaining a degree in Sports Marketing and Management from Indiana University, Colleen was actively involved with the Indiana University Student Foundation, board member on IU Dance Marathon and Spirit of Sport for Special Olympics.

Amber Matthews is in her second season with Pacers Sports & Entertainment. She began her career at PS&E in the summer of 2008, serving as an intern for the Premium & Ticket Services Department. After graduation from Trine University (formerly Tri-State University), she became a member of our Ticket Sales Department before entering into the position of Ticket Services Executive in November of 2009. Amber is a native of Corunna, Michigan and she obtained a degree in Business Administration/Sports Management from Trine, where she also enjoyed being a four year member of the Softball Team.

Brian is entering his third season and his first with the Ticket Services Department. A graduate of Ball State University in 2008 Brian started his career with Pacers Sports & Entertainment as an intern for the Service Department in 2008. He was hired on as an Inside Sales Rep and proved himself to be a hard worker and was promoted to Sales Consultant after just 5 months. After 2 years in a Sales role Brian is now transitioning to the Service Department and although it is a different entity, he has already demonstrated his commitment to quality customer service. Brian is a native of Milford, IN and enjoys running, cooking, and watching sports. He competed in his first Mini Marathon this summer.

Bethanie Smith is currently in her 9th season with Pacers Sports & Entertainment. A native of Ft. Wayne, Indiana, Bethanie is a 2002 graduate of Indiana University with a degree in Sports Management. Bethanie served as an intern with PS&E’s Corporate Partnerships Department before becoming a Premium Services Coordinator in August 2002. Bethanie acquired the position of Suite Services Manager in October of 2008.

Dave begins his fourth season with Pacers Sports & Entertainment. He moved into his new role as Associate Director of Suite Sales & Services in August 2010. An Indianapolis native, Dave graduated from Ball State University with a degree in Sport Administration. He worked with season ticket holders as a Service Coordinator his first two years with the team. Last season he served as a Suite Sales Manager focusing on selling new contractual suite licenses as well as suite rentals. Dave is a member of College Park Church on the northside of Indianapolis and an active member of Truth@Work.
