Kevin Lane begins his second season with Pacers Sports and Entertainment as Director of Premium and Ticket Services. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio; Kevin and his family now reside in Indianapolis’ north side. Before joining the Pacers in October of 2008, Kevin spent ten seasons in various ticket positions with the Cincinnati Bengals of the National Football League. As Director of Ticket Sales for the Bengals, Kevin created a sales and service department that worked to sell out Paul Brown Stadium; a goal that was reached in 2004 with several consecutive seasons of sellouts to follow. While with the Bengals, Kevin was an active member of the NFL’s Ticket Managers Sales Committee and was the Bengals team representative for several league database initiatives. Prior to beginning his career in Cincinnati, Kevin attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio earning degrees in Marketing and Organizational Behavior Management. Kevin and his wife have two girls and enjoy exploring all the great family activities that Indianapolis has to offer.

Stephanie is entering her third season with Pacers Sports & Entertainment. She began her career with PS&E in January 2007 as the Premium & Ticket Services Administrator. She was promoted to her current role of Suite Services Manager in August of 2008 where she is responsible for the service of Conseco Fieldhouse Suite holders. A native of Indianapolis, she graduated from Purdue University in 2006 with a degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management. While at Purdue, Stephanie served for two years as a Student Assistant in the Athletic Department with the John Purdue Club.

Chris is in his fourth season with Pacers Sports & Entertainment. He began his career at Pacers Sports & Entertainment as an intern in May 2006, before joining the company in a full time role as a Premium Services Coordinator in July. In February 2007 Chris was promoted to the role of Ticket Services Coordinator where he was responsible for the service of Lower Level and Balcony Season Ticket Holders. Chris accepted his current position of Ticket Services Manager in August of 2008. Prior to joining the Pacers, Chris worked as a student assistant in the Athletic Ticket Office at Ball State. Chris is a native of Albany, Indiana and earned his degree in Sport Administration from Ball State University.

Colleen Goddard is currently in her sixth year with Pacers Sports & Entertainment. A native of Indianapolis, Ind., Colleen is a 2004 graduate of Indiana University with a degree in Sports Marketing & Management. Colleen served as an intern with PS&E’s Ticket Sales Department before becoming a Ticket Services Coordinator in June 2004. While obtaining a degree in Sports Marketing and Management from Indiana University, Colleen was actively involved with the Indiana University Student Foundation, board member on IU Dance Marathon and Spirit of Sport for Special Olympics.

Amber is entering her first season she was an intern within our Premium & Ticket Services Department during the summer of 2008, and has more recently been working in our Ticket Sales Department. In her previous roles with the Pacers, Amber has demonstrated herself to be a committed team player and I am confident that her experience within the organization, as well as the relationships she has with me and the rest of our service team, will help to ensure this to be a smooth transition.

Cameron Nelson is in her 3rd season as a Ticket Services Coordinator. She began working with the Pacers in 2007. Before that, Cameron spent time working with the NCAA and the 2007 Final Four, the Charlotte Bobcats in Community Relations, and the University of Tennessee Men’s Basketball team. Originally for Tennessee, Cameron graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2006 with a BS in Sport Management. In her spare time, Cameron is a mentor for Common Goal. She enjoys meeting new people, cooking, and traveling.

Bethanie Smith is currently in her 7th year with Pacers Sports & Entertainment. A native of Ft. Wayne, Ind., Bethanie is a 2002 graduate of Indiana University with a degree in sports management. Bethanie served as an intern with PS&E’s Sponsorship Sales Department before becoming a Premium Services Coordinator in August 2002. Bethanie recently acquired the position of Suite Services Manager in October of 2008.
